Andrea McCoy has completed all Toni & Guy Academy chemical courses, including Technical Teachers Training in which she had the opportunity to work with National Technical Director - Rowena Cutruzzola. Jonathan and Andrea have completed an advanced syllabus of cutting, styling, and chemical methods. They've also completed a series of theories that pertain to everything from advanced product knowledge, to customer service and good business etiquette. |
